October At Your Library

October is Canadian Library Month! More than just a place to find books, libraries promote cultural awareness, engage in the community, provide educational programs, support freedom of expression and so much more.

Canadian Library Month is an opportunity for our community and library staff to celebrate their library. It is also an opportunity for those not familiar with their local library to come down and experience all the services available to them. We have a challenge for you … ask your neighbors if they have visited their local library. If not, challenge them to stop by before the end of the month!

Please take note that the library will be closed on Saturday October 12 for the long weekend.
