An Adventure On Every Page!
The Summer Reading Program grand prize draws will take place on Wednesday August 28. We have more than 400 registered participants! The last day to register is Saturday August 24 by 4:00pm.

Tie Dye T-Shirts @ The Ryall Park
Create your own custom tie dye t-shirt in Ryall Park with Paul’s Place! This event is open to children age 8+ with a limit of 2 spots per household. Registration is open for the two sessions now: Wednesday August 14 @ 10am OR Wednesday August 14 @ 12pm
Prairie Plants & Pollinators
In this workshop, we will explore some incredible Manitoba species of pollinators and prairie plants. CPAWS Environmental Educator Carly Gray will share some planting tips as well as seeds she has collected from her garden and prairie restoration sites. We will explore the relationships between butterflies, host plants, and feeder plants – incorporating creativity to plan out a pollinator garden!

Drop-In Origami
The beauty is in the simple folds.
Join us on Thursday August 22 from 11am – 5pm where children and adults are invited to make their own origami using our simple step by step instructions. All supplies are provided while the supplies last. Registration is not required.
Art in the Library
For the months of August and September, stop in the library to view Mayghan McEachern’s art collection “The Art of Healing”. Mayghan will be sharing how art therapy has helped her heal in September’s Creative Connection.
