The goals of our Summer Reading Program are:

1. To help school aged children maintain their reading skills while on summer holidays.
2. To encourage and motivate children and families to read for pleasure.
3. To introduce children and their families to the resources of the public library.
4. To welcome new residents and new customers to the library.
5. To establish the library as a vital part of community life.
